
Middle of building has settled. Roof and door are crooked.

Roof and Door are level again.

Prior to lifting, the floor was 4 inches below level.

After the lift, the floor was very close to level.

Holes were drilled throughout the shop floor in preparation for the lift.

First, one foundation wall was prepared.

A new egress window was installed.

The dirt inside the new foundation wall needed to be removed.

The basement was excavated to 8 feet.

The structure was supported by beams until all of the new basement walls were built.

This basement foundation wall was bowed in at the top about 14 inches.

The wall was pulled back into proper position and supported on both sides.

The wall supports are repeated on the exterior

After the wall is pulled back into place, the cracks must be repaired.

Cracks are sealed.
Holes are dug in strategic locations in preparation for a foundation lift.
This foundation was raised about 16 inches.

This cement porch was settled and separated from the supporting beam.

The porch was raised until no gap was visible.
